This winter training program is designed to build a strong foundation on which to ensure a successful 2013 cycling season.
Each workout will focus on developing your aerobic system while incorporating drills to develop muscular strength and pedaling efficiency. This class is good for cyclist in all disciplines: Road, Mountain, Cross, Triathlon- Beginner to Advanced.
Participants must bring trainer, bike and Mat. Heart Rate and cadence are helpful but not required.

The rates are $15.00 per class if purchased individually, or you may purchase a 10 pack of classes for $120.00
**Participation in the Saturday FreeSpin will not count towards a 10 pack class.
